Simple hotel, excellent location directly in the plaza and informative staff. Quiet room with a comfortable interior.

Well priced, fairly clean venue with marvellous and excellent location adjacent to the central station and the airport shuttle, the airport, and metro and trains.

Liked staying at the double room with fridge. It was nice to have an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar. Everything was perfectly fine, yet a few employees were horrific.

This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices, especially considering the breakfast included in the price, which was phenomenally low. The location right next to the main train station makes traveling to and from the hotel super easy. The staff is helpful and polite, and the basic amenities are all in place, including rooms with a balcony and a fridge.

All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

We have stayed in this ideal hotel for 2 nights, everything was perfectly fine, the location was magnificent close to the Trainstation. Incredibly helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. A great selection of food for breakfast, everything was local!

Everyone here was amazingly helpful and competent.

It had comfortable and absolutely perfect location very close to Porta Nolana. We were close to a train station. Got nicely decorated and brand-new room with pastries, a comfortable bed, for example had a brilliant stay overall.

We were given a suite, it was neat and brand-new. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect for walking around Piazza Garibaldi.

The location of this hotel was great for my needs. It was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions like Pompeii and Herculaneum. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, providing a good selection of dining options.

The breakfast at this hotel was a bit lacking. It consisted of dry bread, small packets of jam, and warmed biscuits.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and close to the airport.

Was very close to the Napoli Centrale Railway Station. Good eateries in close proximity. Quite good value although a little attention to detail ie more than 0.5 of a roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 would have been appreciated. Breakfast was basic but reasonable. Napoli was a shock to the system but very interesting regardless.

We couldn't believe the amazing value for our money at Hotel Potenza in Naples! The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, despite its location near the busy train station. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing excellent service at the reception and making our stay even more enjoyable.

i stayed in a tastefully decorated room with iron/ironing board, a work desk and tv. the breakfast offered a good choice of local meals.

I got great value for my money at Potenza - the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the large TV was a nice bonus. The hotel's location right next to the central station was super convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement - a wider variety of options, like eggs and toast, would have been nice to have.
